What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards and PayPal.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed and produced in the United States, using local suppliers, printers and makers.
Our products are made to order. This ensures that every item we produce serves a purpose, contributing to a more sustainable environment. It also allows us to maintain a higher level of quality control.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once an order is placed, please allow three to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped

Can I exchange my item?
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at hello@sunnicali.com and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
Do I have to pay customs or duties on my order?
All orders are shipped from the United States. Please check with your country's Customs on duties or taxes that may be payable by you. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by SUNNI CALI.
How do I return my order?
To submit a return you must read our Returns Policy for the item(s) you are returning to ensure they meet our terms and conditions.
Once you have checked that your returns meets our criteria, please complete the return request form. You will have 14 days to return your order from date of delivery. Returns outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted. Please note SUNNI CALI does not cover return postage costs.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
All of our products are carefully checked for any faults before it is sent to you. If you happen to find a fault with your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery via hello@sunnicali.com
